Explore the depths and variety of contemplative spirituality in our monthly meditative sessions, designed to guide us in contemplative practices that center BIPOC wisdom and lived experience. These gatherings remain open and welcoming to everyone while creating a space for BIPOC individuals.

12 Steps for Contemplatives

Join us for individual practices and step work combined with community connection that will take place over the course of five months. This series will be co-facilitated by community members with a long history of practice in the 12 steps, both in recovery spaces and in the new monastic community.

Exploring Socially Engaged Mysticism

In this five-week series, we will explore the relationship between mystical practice and social action. Through conversation, study grounded in the work of Howard Thurman and contemplative practice, we will examine how the mystical tradition cultivates resilience, equanimity, and perseverance as God’s life moves through us and clarifies what is truly ours to do in the long work of justice.

Black Lives & Contemplation: The African Diaspora
